QOFThe Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) is a voluntary annual reward and incentive programme for all GP practices in England, detailing practice achievement results. QOF consists of a number of achievement measures (indicators) against which GP practices score points according to their level of achievement. The higher the score, the higher the financial reward for the practice. QOF helps standardise improvements in the delivery of primary care. |
