Medical student hub

Our Evening Medical Updates (EMUs), organised by our Trainees and Members' Committee (T&MC), are monthly updates covering specialties, presentations and conditions included within the Internal Medicine Training (IMT) curriculum and relevant non-clinical content. Whilst primarily aimed at IMT doctors in training, EMU talks are often appropriate for clinical medical students. EMU talks are available to RCPE Fellows & Members.

Our Webinars cover diverse clinical (and non-clinical) topics. Clinical webinar talks may be appropriate for clinical medical students. Various webinar talks are available to RCPE Fellows & Members.

Our Symposia typically focus on medical specialties, with an emphasis on practical clinical issues. Clinical Symposia are often aimed at senior doctors in training and consultants, however keen clinical medical students may find select talks of interest. Some Symposia focus on policy and areas of change/controversy, and often also feature non-clinical talks - these are often more accessible to medical students. Included in the Symposia section are our Medical Trainees' Conferences - suited to those in training and clinical medical students. Selected Symposia talks are available to RCPE Fellows & Members.
