Our Evening Medical Updates (EMUs), organised by our Trainees and Members' Committee (T&MC), are monthly updates delivered between September-June/July covering specialties, presentations and conditions included within the Internal Medicine Training (IMT) curriculum and relevant non-clinical content. Whilst primarily aimed at IMT trainees, these accessible updates are relevant to physicians at all career stages and non-physicians including General Practitioners and allied health professionals. Senior healthcare students are also encouraged to attend. EMU talks are available to RCPE Fellows & Members.
Webinars & IMUs
Our Webinars cover diverse clinical (and non-clinical) topics. Various webinar talks are available to RCPE Fellows & Members.
Our International Medical Updates (IMUs) cover diverse clinical topics delivered in partnership with the host country/region. Although talks will be particularly relevant to the host country/region, topics covered should have broad appeal internationally. IMU talks are available to RCPE Fellows & Members.
Symposia
Our Symposia typically cover general and acute medical specialties, with an emphasis on practical clinical issues. Clinical Symposia are complemented by Symposia focusing on policy and areas of change/controversy, and often also feature non-clinical talks. Selected Symposia talks are available to RCPE Fellows & Members. Included in the Symposia section are our Medical Trainees' Conferences - suited to those in training.
